1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "We", "Us", "Our", or "olb228" refers to the operator of this betting platform and all associated services.
• "User", "You", or "Player" refers to any individual who creates an account and uses olb228 services.

• Maintain only one Account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds and bonuses.
• Protect the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including username and password, and not share them with any third party.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

olb228 is required by law and our licensing conditions to verify the identity of all Users. You agree to cooperate fully with our KYC procedures by:

• Submitting a clear copy of your valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing your full name, photograph, date of birth, and ID number.
• Providing proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence.
• Completing selfie verification by submitting a photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face.
• Providing any additional documentation that olb228 may reasonably request to verify your identity, source of funds, or comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend your Account or withhold withdrawals until satisfactory verification is completed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of first deposit may be permanently closed with funds returned to the original deposit source.

2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions

While olb228 primarily serves Indonesian residents, we do not accept customers from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. You warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is illegal. If your country of residence changes to one where online gambling is prohibited, you must immediately cease using the Platform and notify us to close your Account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

olb228 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp).

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction, subject to adjustment based on VIP tier and payment method limitations.
• Processing Time: Most deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers during non-banking hours may experience delays until the next business day.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Payment Method Ownership: You may only deposit from bank accounts and e-wallets registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, Rp 200,000,000 per day. VIP members may request higher limits through their account manager.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.2 Bonus Abuse

olb228 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void related winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Using betting patterns designed solely to exploit bonus terms rather than for genuine entertainment (e.g., low-risk betting strategies across multiple outcomes).
• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Any other activity that violates the spirit of fair play and bonus terms.

Users found abusing bonuses will have their accounts closed, bonuses cancelled, and winnings confiscated. olb228 may also blacklist such users from future promotions.

4.3 Promotional Changes

olb228 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude any User from promotions at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect abuse or unfair play.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

When placing sports bets on olb228, the following rules apply:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by olb228. We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets without providing a reason.

Failure to maintain accurate information may result in account suspension or forfeiture of funds.

6.3 Responsible Gambling

7. Account Termination and Suspension

• You must settle any outstanding debts or obligations before closure.

7.2 Termination by olb228

olb228 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• You fail to complete KYC verification within required timeframes.
• You engage in bonus abuse or any form of cheating.
• You provide false or misleading information.
• You create multiple accounts.
• You become abusive toward staff or other players.
• We determine that continuing your Account poses risk to olb228 or violates applicable laws.

In cases of termination for breach of terms, olb228 reserves the right to confiscate your account balance and void all pending bets. Decisions regarding account termination are final and not subject to appeal.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of Rp 100,000 deducted from the account balance. Accounts with zero balance may be permanently closed after 24 months of inactivity.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

While olb228 strives to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or modify services for maintenance, security updates, or technical improvements without prior notice. olb228 is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, including inability to place bets or access your Account during downtime.

8.2 Technical Issues

olb228 is not responsible for:

• Internet connection failures or disruptions on your end.
• Incompatibility between our Platform and your device or browser.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.
• Technical malfunctions of third-party game providers.
• Any loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, olb228's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.

8.4 No Warranty

9. Dispute Resolution

9.2 Bet Disputes

All bet settlement decisions are made according to official results and published rules. If you dispute a bet settlement, you must notify us within 7 days of settlement. Disputes raised after 7 days will not be considered. olb228's decision on bet disputes is final and binding.

9.3 Arbitration

If a complaint cannot be resolved through customer support channels, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under Indonesian law. The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English language.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which olb228 is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and olb228 shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

By using olb228 services, you acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to your location. If online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

olb228 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

Continued use of olb228 services after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to modified terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
